Today we went with our friends, The Pippins, to the Shrine Carnival and Circus in Marietta. Randy and Amber had gone last year and said they had a lot of fun and invited us to go along with them this year. Despite overcast skies and a few sprinkles of rain, Sydney and Matthew had a blast riding the carnival rides together. They were tall enough to go on most of the rides, but Amber did have to accompany them on the ferris wheel, since they didn't quite measure up. Although Jonah was a couple of inches too short, a few of the ride attendants allowed him on the kiddie rides. He sure loved the cars and helicopters!! We had a fun day together and enjoyed some great Williamson BBQ afterwards!
