We welcomed our baby boy into the world yesterday, on July 18, 2008 at 4:16 pm!!! Jonah Samuel arrived quickly, after only a 5 hour labor - a huge blessing!! He weighed in at 8lbs 4 oz and was 21 inches long. He's been so sweet, calm and peaceful so far... hopefully these traits will remain! Sydney seems to really be enjoying her very important role as "big sister". She's always wanting to hold Jonah, sing to him or give him kisses. Again, hopefully this will last!! We enjoyed a great day together as a family today and look forward to coming home from the hospital tomorrow. Here are some initial photos of our new addition, keep checking back for updates!

YEAH! I've been waiting for this post to pop up out of nowhere and there it is - and here he is! Congratulations on another cutie - in July. Your July is like our August, packed full of sweetness. He is so adorable and only 5 hours of labor, how awesome. I must say Sam looks a little more worn out than you Julie - you're positively glowing! Keep the pics coming.
